Too Faced Soleil Matte Bronzer in Chocolate
It's so funny that this was in this month's Sephora Play! Box. My friend Ally and I were in Ulta the other day (I know, I know, sorry Sephora)! She's never been to one before and we were browsing the Too Faced section. We were trying out their Melted Chocolate Liquified Long Wear Lipstick and I decided that I wouldn't be able to wear them because they smell so much like chocolate.
But, of course, I get one of their chocolate products this month! But a bronzer is not a lipstick, one isn't under your nose the whole day so you smell it every time you breathe.
This bronzer has actual cocoa powder in it for a natural look and is where that scent comes from. It's very buildable and could get out of control quite fast if you're not careful. I actually really like the shade; it's medium/deep. I feel like I could wear this in the summer and the winter.
I think it's really hard to find a good matte bronzer, since most of them have shimmer in them. This is a great product to use when you want to add warmth to your face but don't want to do a full contour look.
You could even use this as a crease shade on your next eye look!
If you're looking to buy the full size, you'll have to shell out $30 for 0.35oz. Ouch. They do have two other shades: Milk Chocolate for light to medium skin and Dark Chocolate for deep to tan skin. (Don't you think their skintones are incorrect? Shouldn't it be medium to tan and then tan to deep?)
What do you think of their chocolate scented line? Or their other scented lines? Do you like them?
