It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara in Super Black

I was really curious about this product. If you have been reading my Zodiac Lookbook series, you can see that I have been wearing it a lot lately. I love testing new mascaras. What I usually look for is a volumizing formula. I really love thick lashes and I feel like that's something I lack. I have decent length to my lashes but who doesn't love more length?

This formula has peptides, proteins, biotin, polymers, and collagen in it. This is an insane list, but it actually makes a lot of sense. Biotin helps strength your lashes so they don't fall off easily and collagen plumps the lashes up. What's really unique about It Cosmetics as a brand is that they work with plastic surgeons on the formulas of their products. Which is also insane.

I love the brush on this mascara. It's slightly tapered so it's not impossible to use this on your lower lash lines as well. I don't really know how I feel about putting this on my lower lashes because it really does lengthen them! They kind of look like spider legs to me and I'm not the biggest fan of that.

I would definitely say that this mascara is build-able. I would also say that this is hard to take off. That always makes me nervous because I don't want to pull my lashes off trying to take it off. It's important that you consider that before you purchase this.

For $24, you are spending quiet a bit on this mascara. It really does lengthen them, so if that's what you're looking for, I would recommend picking this up!
