I'M SO HAPPY THAT I GOT THIS VIDEO DONE TODAY!

Think of this look as the Highlighter Challenge but less intense. This look is glowy. If you love highlight, this look is for you. Most of my face is highlighter.

Again all of the makeup looks I'm doing for Halloween are suppose to me doable with what you have in your makeup bag. And you don't even have to wear this for Halloween. College is filled with themed parties and you can totally use this look for one.
