Farmacy Skin Dew Mist
YES. YES, YES, YES, YES. I have been talking to anyone that will listen that I want to start doing a 10 step skincare routine that's been all the rage these last few months. Using an essence is one of those steps.
This essence mist helps to add moisture and radiance, soothe & tone the skin and freshens and/or sets your makeup!
Personally, I'm going to use this more as essence because it is filled with great stuff that I want all over my skin. But for this post, I did use it over my makeup to set it and you can see how dewy my skin looks without looking sweaty or oily.
Glycerin is what helps preserve the skin's moisture. Echinacea GreenEnvy is what makes Farmacy so special. It's their patent-protected version of purple coneflower (it's in the sunflower family) which has the highest concentration cichoric acid. Cichoric acid helps protect the skin by ways of slowing down the enzyme that breaks down collagen. It also helps promote a more even toned complexion. Horsetail juice, which comes from the horsetail herb, contains vitamin c, tannins (which is found in plant tissue) and mineral salts can also be found in this skin mist. Rosemary, Bergamot, and Peppermint essential oils are what you're smelling when you spray this.
At $44, this isn't cheap, and essences rarely are since they are packed with things that really work and are great for your skin. This is on the lower end of the price range when it comes to essences. If you plan on just using this to set your makeup, girl, what are you doing? There are much cheaper options and you shouldn't waste your money.
