Blue Eye Liner Hanukkah Look Tutorial

There are TONS of Christmas inspired looks out there but none really for Hanukkah. I wanted to change that and came up with this look.

I love this liner look. It's such an easy way to up your makeup game for the holidays without having to use any eyeshadow or glitter.

You also can just do this look if you find colored liner intimidating. The black liner really does anchor the look.
