Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo

As someone who only washes their hair once or twice a week, I love dry shampoo. I usually stay away from aerosol dry shampoos because I often feel like it doesn't work as well. However, I really like this Drybar one.

First, this dry shampoo smells AMAZING. I could have huffed it. It does apply very white so be sure to brush it out/blend it in well, especially if you have dark hair. They do make a separate one for brunettes which is smart so be sure to check that out. It does absorb oil pretty well but I wouldn't say that it adds much volume.

You will find microfine rice powder in this dry shampoo, which absorbs excess oil and provides grip and volume. Golden root extract increases moisture to prevent dryness and breakage. As I said, I don't think it adds that much volume. It's there and my roots are pretty flat so if you have similar hair and that's what you're looking for you might be left disappointed.
