Essie's Satin Slipper

This is a great color for the summer. It's a nice off-white, bone shade. If you work in an office and feel uncomfortable wearing bright shades, this is perfect for the sunshine that's headed our way.

I do wish this shade was more opaque. I always do two coats of nail polish. Any more and I find it takes forever to dry and any less and it's too see-through. This polish is definitely patchy.

This shade would look awesome on all skin tones. It almost has a pearl essence to it that makes it elegant. I would wear this to any big event you might have this summer, or even to graduation!

Essie describes this shade as a "silky champagne ivory" and I would agree with that description. You can get this polish for $11.50.
