trèStiQue Mini Concealer Crayon in Bisque
I was really excited to try this product out! I love trèStiQue's other products that I have and who doesn't love testing out new concealers.
I LOVE that this is in a stick form. I have never used a stick concealer or a foundation and I plan to pick a stick foundation up next time I'm in Sephora because it's freakin' genius. It is SO easy to apply and spot conceal with this! I just can to draw right over my blemishes and blend it out with my finger. I don't have to worry about wasting product this way!
The formula is so creamy and easy to blend out due to the fact that it is infused with coconut oil. I have only used my fingers so far to apply this but I do plan on trying it out with my new brush!
This concealer does cake a little bit, probably around the same or less than any of the other concealers I wear, so I don't mind at all. And I personally like the coverage we get with this product. I found that it's easily buildable. I love that I'm able to wear this without any foundation and it doesn't look obvious.
The shade that I received was off. But I honestly think it's just my skin, not the products fault. As you can see from my swatches, when I swatch it on my tan (and put it on my tan face) it comes off with a very pink undertone. But when I swatch it on my skin that isn't tan, it has a very yellow undertone. I don't really know. But I'm seriously considering going out, finding my correct shade and purchasing it! At $26, what do you have to lose?!
Just kidding, there is only a total of three shades. I sincerely hope they expand their range because I would hate for people to miss out on this product because of the company's limitations on shade range.
