Make Up For Ever Excessive Lash Arresting Volume Mascara

I'm still not sure how I feel about this mascara. Opening it for the first time, I found that the brush isn't fully coated with product. Something that is still true after using it a few times. No matter how much I dip back in the tube, I can never get it fully coated. It's frustrating because the tip of the brush has too much product! Because of the shape of the wand, it's impossible to take that access product off!

So, on one end, I have too much product and the other I have none. The wand shape itself is nice. I think its short bristles are perfect for the lower lash line.

Applying this mascara, I felt like it really stuck to my lashes. It makes my lashes a little clumpy but after working with it, I actually really liked the way it made my lashes look. And this mascara is BLACK. It might be the blackest mascara I own.

So, is it worth the $25? I'm not sure. As you can see, there are a lot of cons. But at the end of the day, I like the way it makes my lashes look. It's a toss up for sure.
