How To Wear Lip Liner

I'm back answering another beauty question for you! This time it's how to wear lip liner. Lip liner can be confusing because some people don't really understand what the point of it is when you have lipstick.

In the video, I show you three ways on how I use lip liners, all for different purposes. Is lip liner a necessity? It depends on what your goal is. If you're looking for an easy way to get the perfect lip shape and long-lasting color, I would say yes.
