IGK Hot Girls Shampoo and Conditioner
I would be lying if I said I didn't miss my perfume sample this month, which is weird because I don't usually get excited about getting them in my Play! Box. I guess you just don't know what you have until it's gone.
The shampoo is formulated with vitamin E to make it stronger and shiny. It also contains litchi extract to help protect your hair against pollutants.
The conditioner has shea butter and olive oil to help deliver moisture and seal it in.
The shampoo and conditioner combo smells like something straight out of a Hollister store. It gives me more Malibu vibes than Miami. It has guava, pink lotus, coconut water, midnight violet, and vanilla. I don't mind the scent, but it's not something I'm looking for in the fall.
The shampoo and conditioner left me wanting a little something else. The pictures I included are the day I washed it and air dried it (the Snapchat filtered one because I forgot to take an actual photo) and the next day when I curled it. I like my hair a little more voluminous and I feel like my hair is a little straighter. I also had been fighting the urge to put dry shampoo in my second-day hair. I should mention I added some texture spray on the freshly washed hair.
It's not a bad shampoo and conditioner, but I don't see myself reaching for this, especially at $25 for each 8oz bottle.
