I've had this idea for a while since I've seen so many pictures of this online. I was really excited to film this little tutorial because it's SO easy. Anyone can do this and you can use whatever makeup you have! You see in the video I use blush, eyeshadows, and eyeliner to get the desired effect that I wanted. The best part is literally cannot mess this up! The messier it is, the better it turns out and looks more like the galaxy.
You can also use whatever colors you want. You don't have to use the same colors I did. You can use whatever colors you like or have on hand. After I did this tutorial, I thought of using all black, gray, silver, and gold. I think that would have looked AMAZING against the white stars.
