Ice Queen | HALLOWEEK

This was such a long tutorial. I spent so much time of this ice crown and burned myself four times trying to make it! It's all made out of hot glue and then I just dusted it with blue and silver eyeshadow.

The makeup look itself was pretty fun and really different for me to do. I know it looks weird at first, but keep going and I promise that it will come together. I also have SO much baby powder in my hair to give it that cooled-down white hair look. The "icicles" that I drew on my face isn't my favorite thing but you can totally give it a go.
