Lue By Jean Seo Balance Hydrating and Calming Serum
I'm indifferent about this serum. I didn't really like it, but I didn't hate it either. I left me wanting more, but maybe I'll feel differently about that as I use it more.
The serums main ingredient is sodium hyaluronate which helps your skin hold moisture so this product would be beneficial for those of you with dry skin. It's supposed to help firm and tone your skin which is nice.
It is also oil-free so if you have oily skin you don't have to worry about that. It really does absorb quickly. It feels really nice to apply it and then it's gone in an instant. It dries to almost a tacky finish, but not so much that I notice it a lot or that it bothers me. I just know that's a big issue with a lot of people so I thought it was worth a mention.
This product helps reverse the effect of environmental aggressors which is really cool and something I would love to see more in skincare! This product is supposed to help minimize pores which I didn't notice but maybe I will with more continued use.
For $15, this is a good affordable option if you're trying to get into skincare on a budget but I think that a serum is totally something worth investing in. This serum has a lot of claims that I'm not sure it can live up to.
What do you think? Do you invest in skincare or would you rather spend it on makeup?
