Essie's Wearing Hue?
When I see this shade, I immediately think, "wedding." This white with a hint of blush and shimmer to it would be perfect for a spring wedding. I would also wear this to Easter brunch or on spring break. It's classy, pretty, and begging for a tan. You can even wear this to a job interview or to a fancy dinner date with your significant other!
The shade looks really white in some lights and blush in others. I love how it changes and still looks very professional and lady-like. I'm always down for fun, bright shades but this is a good change of pace.
This shade is a gel shade so I paired it with the gel top coat. I probably could have gone in for a third coat because it is a bit patchy. Overall, I really like this shade. I think this would look beautiful with medium to deeper skin tones, but lighter skin tones can pull this off as well.
Because this is a gel shade, it is a little pricey, at $11.50. I do find the shape of the nail brush better, the formula longer lasting, and thicker than Essie's regular polish. I believe the spurge is worth it if you're attending a lot of weddings this spring and summer or even going to be a bridesmaid!
