MakeupDrop Silicone Makeup Applicator

I'm not going to lie, I was dreading having to use this product. In my head, I just knew it wouldn't turn out well and I didn't want my makeup to look bad before heading to work. My mother has been so fascinated by silicone sponges ever since they became really big. She always wanted me to buy one and see how it worked but I was never really that interested. But she got her wish, as this was something I received in my FabFitFun Box!

This takes a little while to get used to. I couldn't figure out the best way to apply my makeup because it left streaks if you wiped it and I found that if you dab it, it can kind of pick up the product that you just put down. But I went with dabbing, it's just a little more work. I did use less foundation than I normally do which is nice. I just had to go back over some spots to build up coverage.

I do love how easy it is to clean. I'm one of those people who hate cleaning my brushes and sponges but this is an easy cleanup! I think I'm going to try to use this in my skincare and see how that works. If you're interested in trying this out, you can purchase it for $20.
