Essie's Star Studded

I was really excited to wear this shade. I love gold tinted things and metallics have become a basic or neutral in my everyday wardrobe. I thought manicure would look great regardless of what I wore and would still be a fun pop!

This nail polish is super pigmented and looks like liquid metal on your nails. I love that! If you're looking for a gold look, this is the way to go. Personally, I do feel like it is a little too yellow. I wish it was a little less yellow. That being said, I think this shade would look amazing on deeper skin tones with a yellow undertone. I love the way this looks with my outfits but I don't like how it looks against my skin tone.

Essie describes this shade as "rich, pearlescent golden honey" which I would agree with but with a pinch of yellow.

I think you could get away with this shade at the office, just skip other jewelry like rings and bracelets. You can dress this shade up or down, but I think it's most fun when you dress down with it because it spices things up.
